Pilates Mat is a movement re-education program designed to work every muscle in the body in an efficient, focused manner. Exercise props such as Magic Circles, weights, bands and balls are often utilized to engage specific muscle groups and to assist with body positioning.

Prenatal Yoga classes provide a safe, peaceful and supportive environment for expectant mothers and are a wonderful way to connect with other mothers-to-be.
