Pilates Private Sessions

You simply can’t find a better workout!

Our team of certified Pilates Instructors work to create customized Pilates workouts for you that will help you achieve your personal goals.
Students utilize all the various pieces of equipment such as the Pilates Chair, Tower, Reformer, Jump Board and small equipment.
Instructors provide step-by-step guidance while still allowing each participate to be challenged to their level of participation.

Pilates Reformer Class

Reform your Pilates!

A Classic group Reformer class is designed to offer a challenging and fun workout for clients in a small group setting. These classes are designed to build lean, flexible muscles as well as increase coordination, improve posture, and relieve stress.
This class requires concentration, breath work, and precise movements. Add in the JumpBoard to raise your heart rate as it develops core strength, hip stability, and intense footwork!

Pilates Tower Class

Fluid challenging movement!

Combining essential mat work with the benefits of the Pilates Tower equipment, this class is ideal for students
of all levels.
Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles.
Flow from one exercise to the next & put to use all the major muscles groups as well as flex, extend, and rotate the spine.

Pilates Mat Classes

Enhance your flexibility, mobility & strength!

Pilates Mat is a movement re-education program designed to work every muscle in the body in an efficient, focused manner. The exercises are designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen the body in a unique way. Most movements are non-impact and non-weight bearing. All require focus and concentration.
Exercise props such as Magic Circles, weights, bands and balls are often utilized to engage specific muscle groups and to assist with body positioning.

Yoga Classes

If you would like to take a class that is relaxing, calming and full of gentle stretching, then look no further. You will sleep better, focus more easily and feel a warm relaxation spread through your body.

Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably.

This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.

MELT Workshops

The MELT Method® (MELT) is a self-treatment technique that helps prevent pain, heal injury, and erase the negative effects of aging and active living.


The MELT Method uses a specially designed soft body roller to simulate the results of hands-on manual therapy treatments.

These techniques hydrate and lengthen connective tissue, rebalance the nervous system, promote healing and detoxification, decompress the neck and low back, improve core stability, mobilize joints, stimulate organ function, increase flexibility, and much more.

Prenatal Yoga Workshops

Prenatal Yoga uses postures, breathing, and meditation to help ease pregnancy, delivery, and the after effects of birth. The classes create strength, focus, flexibility and awareness through a gentle practice designed especially for the pregnant woman’s needs.

Prenatal Yoga classes provide a safe, peaceful and supportive environment for the expectant mothers and are a wonderful way to connect with other mothers-to-be. Yoga helps to alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as heartburn, nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. The classes are appropriate for both new and experienced students.

Kids Yoga

Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves.

Doing yoga, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self, and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them. Yoga brings that marvelous inner light that all children have to the surface.

The physical movements introduce kids to yoga’s true meaning: union, expression, and honor for oneself and one’s part in the delicate web of life.
